The Friday 14th

This is the 14th day in the Israeli barbaric war on Gaza.Today is an international day of prayer and protests in the Islamic the world , in fact in the whole world not only the rest of the world.

  • The death toll reached today more than 800
  • The injured toll reached today 3300
  • The Murder of families, elder and children is still going on despite the resolution of the security council !!

  • A Journalist was killed today in the shelling !! He was killed in the line of duty :(
  • Still it was a bad day for the IDF : 8 soldiers were killed.
  • At last the Egyptian authorities let 26 Egyptian doctors to pass the borders.
  • There is caravan in Egypt that headed today’s morning to the borders from bloggers and activists. They were stopped by the security that did not want them to advance to Ismailia and officers took the license of the driver. More than 100 passengers decided then they would go on foot. In front of this persistence ,the officers let them continue their way.
  • There were Lebanese and Palestinians who protested in front of the ESCWA  building in Beirut ,then they headed to the Egyptian Embassy to Stick Chavez photos on its wall. Message reached.
  • The Indonesians protested in front of our Embassy too !! Oh yes in Indonesia.
  • The MB organized a protest in Alexandria where the attendants were estimated to be 100,000.
  • The Jordanian and Palestinian protesters had a bad clash with the security forces in Amman while trying to reach the Israeli Embassy,84223011 the Jordanians tried to put a tent in front of the embassy just like the tent in front of the South Africa Embassy in London but they failed. The security forces were tough there , I saw it on Al Jazeera live on TV. Al Jazeera were mad because of their reporter who was arrested by the authorities.
  • Of course I forget to tell you that the Jordan clashes are nothing compared to the Algeria clashes between the protesters and the anti-Forces but I prefer to have a separate post for this point.
  • My little cousin led a protest in his IGSE school for Gaza, I am proud and happy because he did it and his friend on their own. I was surprise because he seemed to be interested in football and games.

I do not know how the Israeli media will fire back at this , but in the end I know they will in a way or another.

Welcome to Gaza!!

I wish that this will be true and not clouds in the air

    We will not go down
In the night, without a fight
You can burn up our mosques and our homes and our schools
But our spirit will never die
    We will not go down
    In Gaza tonight

Please spread it, embed it when you can, and let YouTube and the entire world hear that we will not go down!

  3. Fisk seems to delight in rubbing salt into old wounds. As to the AP photo of the poor child I am a bit suspicious. She may well have been wounded but the too vivid blood appears to have been enhanced. As in the X files the truth is out there somewhere but it is very hard to find.
The first paragraph of a Wall Street Journal article published today makes a very good point. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123154855613269959.html?mod=djemEditorialPage
The rest of the story about Mubarak appears to be fair and balanced.
